I was happy with how thorough my vehicle repair inspection was. They repaired my vehicle within the time estimated, and gave me a loaner while the work was performed. Senior Mechanic Cliff handled my repairs, and went beyond by swapping a couple of my tires to maximize my traction. Joanie was super attentive and helpful. Kudos!

Friendly and knowledgeable

I wanted to get a second opinion on whether I had a brake problem. They spent nearly an hour checking the brakes, and reported that my brakes were fine, and there was no charge! So I will definitely be back in the future if I need work done on my Highlander.

Great customer service, great technicians, all around good service

My Audi A4 had a check engine light. The book listed several possible causes and some that could cause bigger problems. Dropped the car at Mohr's on a Thursday morning. The friendly, professional receptionist took my information with virtually no wait. Got a call from the service tech that afternoon with a diagnosis and suggested a few other issues that needed to be addressed. Gave me the price for each and I authorized all. The part(s) had to come from Denver, so I expected the work top take a few days, but got a call Friday afternoon that the car was ready. Great service and a reasonable price. Good to know I have a dependable shop to service an Audi right here in Montrose!

My car broke down in Montrose, I live 65 miles away. Mohr towed my car did the repair and even fixed a leak around the oil filter. My drive belt was showing wear and they replaced that also, upon my request. Their service has a warranty of 2 years. They have earned my business for the rst of my life. I was able to drive home that afternoon. If they hadn't been so efficient, I would have been stranded.
