When I had a previous repair done, they identified a rear pinion seal leak. I decided to have this repaired at a future date. I called and asked for a quote to replace the seal and include a Banks rear differential cover with pricing for Mohrs to provide the part and one for me to provide the part. Well 3+ weeks later still no quote. I decided to go to another reputable shop in town and had the work performed.

They were professional and serviced my car in a timely manner.

They seem honest. Showed me possible problems. They ran a test and did not just charge me for all possible solutions. Very courteous and friendly.

Really fast service. I had left my truck Monday morning and did not expect it to be done on Monday but it was by 2:30 PM. Also, I had called for the appointment on Monday and was expecting to wait a few days. Not the case!

This was the worst Mechanic experience I have ever had. I was charged over %100 upscale on parts and had to argue the ethics of this with the staff. They reluctantly changed the price after I called them out on this but still charged me extra for other parts I needed. I had to wait over a month for them to get the required parts. They added two more parts to the repair total after I had been quoted for service. When I tried to talk to them about lowering the price a second time I was treated quite poorly. The staff was rude to me the rest of my time working with them. I do not recommend this mechanic!

Great service at a fair price. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and focused on customer service and satisfaction. We will definitely continue taking our vehicles to Mohr's whenever they need service.
