This is the 3rd chance we have given Mohrs. First 2 times satisfied with service, but took 6 hrs to complete what was said to be 1-2 hour jobs. This time, said 1 1/2 hours, took 3. The real problem was we wanted oil change and saftey check because we were taking a long trip. Got a call 2.5 hours in that said recommended 100000 mile service. One of the items they recommended was something that they had preformed a few months ago. Differential and transfer case fluid change. Why did you not know you had already done this service. But asked if we wanted it done again!! When we picked up truck statement said diff fluid was black. AGAIN YOU HAD JUST DONE THIS SERVICE! when questioned was told mechanic was on lunch but would call with answer. NEVER CALLED! Also stated on paper work that air filter was very dirty, never mentioned that or asked if we wanted replaced! Really disappointed and will not be giving anymore of my business or recomendations.

We had fan belt problems in our small RV stranding us in Ridgeway. Our Insurance company was unable to provide a towing service so we called Joni at Mohr's and she arranged for us to be towed to their shop in Montrose. Cody arrived first thing in the morning and took great care loading our RV on to his truck. They replaced the belts in a couple of hours and noted anything else that needed attention. We highly recommend Mohr's for their service, friendliness and fair prices.

The team at Mohr’s got us in and out same day for all around brake job on our suburban. We were in from North Texas, and our brakes were vibrating over the mountain passes. They worked us in so we only had to be without a vehicle for a few hours on our trip. Thanks for the great service!

Misdiagnosed the problem and tried to charge $6000 for a new transmission. Was quoted $2000 less at a different mechanic before finding the actual problem.

I'm sorry for your bad experience but I don't show a work order for you at all. If we didn't perform an actual diagnosis, I'm not sure how we could have gotten it wrong. If you would like to discuss it, please call the shop and ask to have Henry call you back.

My wife and I had a blow out in the middle of nowhere and the people from Mohr could not have been more accommodating. It was late in the day and they sent out Cody with the tow truck to come get us. They were very professional and reasonably priced. We are very grateful for their willingness to help when it seemed no one else would assist. I highly recommend these folks and trust them deeply after my experience working with them. If you ever need help in the Montrose / western slope area they should be your first call.
