This is the 3rd chance we have given Mohrs. First 2 times satisfied with service, but took 6 hrs to complete what was said to be 1-2 hour jobs. This time, said 1 1/2 hours, took 3. The real problem was we wanted oil change and saftey check because we were taking a long trip. Got a call 2.5 hours in that said recommended 100000 mile service. One of the items they recommended was something that they had preformed a few months ago. Differential and transfer case fluid change. Why did you not know you had already done this service. But asked if we wanted it done again!! When we picked up truck statement said diff fluid was black. AGAIN YOU HAD JUST DONE THIS SERVICE! when questioned was told mechanic was on lunch but would call with answer. NEVER CALLED! Also stated on paper work that air filter was very dirty, never mentioned that or asked if we wanted replaced! Really disappointed and will not be giving anymore of my business or recomendations.
