Waited all day just for me to have to call them and have them tell me there was a problem and they couldn’t put the new part on. Then they quoted me for 1 stripped bolt on the wheel bearing that would cost $100+ to remove 🤯. I had an appointment set for 8 IN THE MORNING and didn’t get it back till 5:15 (just got an alignment). AND THEN when I go to pick the vehicle up my special lug nut key socket is missing. The only good thing about them is how friendly their staff is.

After being stuck in Ouray and getting towed to Mohrs it was the best experience I have ever had at a garage. Before even getting there I was in contact with Ryan who made sure we were going to the right place. Once there, they were able to get my vehicle inspected right away right before closing. The part was ordered the next day and communication was literally instant. I knew exactly when, where and how much it would be. They have a couple locations in town and the location it was dropped off could not have been nicer! I lived in Denver at the time and I wish I could just bring my other car here to get fixed. Total trust!! Good job to the entire team, from Ryan to the shop supervisor to the actual guy who worked on my truck!

First time customer, new to the area! They were able to get me in quickly, addressed all the issues, were great communicators and very pleased with the service. They even accommodated my need for transportation so I could work from home while the car was at the shop!

I was very pleased with my interaction with Mohrs Automotive. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. I probably could have gone in the next day, but not good with my schedule. They only did the work I requested. Got a discount on the oil change. Which was huge. They sent me an email that is an electronic detailed information on the work that has been done and the work that my vehicle needs to have work on. Very smart move! All work was completed within the same day. I didn’t need a shuttle, but they have one if one is in need. Great people to work with. Everyone there was extremely pleasant. I think I found a new/different place for my vehicle to get worked on.

Mohr’s is the best! Having car issues is very frustrating and they made it so easy and manageable! On the phone, they were very transparent, kind, and attentive - and even more so in person at the shop. They gave me a quote same day as call, and got me in the very next day for service. They are very honest about prices and also do great work! I will definitely be back to Mohr’s for any automotive needs!!!

I was passing through Montrose with my 2022 gmc Sierra 2500 and truck camper and the fuel pump went out on my truck. They gave me a spot to take the camper off the truck and had the fuel pump changed a few days after I first called. I normally do all my own repairs, but being out of town I didn’t want to tackle a fuel pump replacement. Their mechanics were thorough and knew what they were doing. I quizzed them before they started and they gave me updates throughout the process including why it failed. Most of the time I’m nervous having someone else work on my truck, but I’d trust these guys to work on it again. They did really good. Thanks to the team at Mohrs auto for getting me up and going again.
